There is a 100 amp panel inside. One fridge and 2 stoves are sold "as is". There is a wood stove, but no warranties and buyer to do their own diligence as their is no PDS avail as executrix never stayed there. Nice starter cottage for someone with skills/access to a handyperson. Great area w Grindstone Days in Aug. 45 mins to Hecla Golf Course. Measurements and square footage +/- jogs. More details
