Lesley Kondratuk

If there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I genuinely love what I do.

I've been helping people buy and sell homes since 2006, and I still get excited about handing over the keys, negotiating a great deal, and helping my clients through one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make. I believe in working hard for EVERY. SINGLE. CLIENT. Whether you're buying your first home, selling your family home, moving up, downsizing, or investing, you'll get my full attention, honest advice, and someone who's always in your corner.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me at the cabin, out fishing, taking care of my ever-growing collection of plants, or on a volleyball court. I've been playing volleyball since Grade 6 and have no plans of stopping anytime soon. I currently play competitive indoor and beach volleyball, and during the summer you'll find me on the slow-pitch diamond with my team, the Fallen Stars, alongside my kick-ass husband, Dave.

Dave and I have been married for 19 years and are raising two amazing teenage daughters, Olivia and Kenzie. He's a pretty patient guy living in a house full of strong-willed women!

I'm incredibly grateful for the life and career I've built. I'm surrounded by amazing family, friends, clients, and colleagues who make what I do so rewarding. Building relationships has always been my favourite part of this business, and many of my clients have become lifelong friends. That trust means everything to me, and it's something I'll never take for granted.

At the end of the day, I'm just a down-to-earth Realtor who works hard, keeps it real, and genuinely wants the best for the people I have the privilege of helping.
