I have had the privilege of being a Realtor for over a decade. Over this time I am honoured to have worked with Buyers, sellers and investors throughout the city and surrounding areas. Including new, re-sell, condo, land and leases. Some highlights include leading the leasing and marketing of 300 Assiniboine, the first newly constructed downtown apartment building over the past 30 years and being on a team to fully sell out two new condo projects representing hundreds of buyers. It is always humbling to continue to receive referrals from past clients.
What is the most interesting thing you have in your wallet?
A business card for Abiding Citizen Craft Beverage Co. Shameless plug, Teri-Lynn (my wife) and I will be at a farmers market near you selling our homemade bitters, shrubs and syrups to help you build a better beverage. Check out our Instagram @abiding.citizen!
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Depending on when you are reading this, I may be there right now... I would go to Chile, specifically Patagonia. It's looks like a great adventure and about as close to getting to the South Pole as I'll likely ever get to go.
Who do you admire the most? Why?
For me it's a tie but they work together so it counts. Two caring, humble, funny and genuine dudes named Dave and Greg. If you are ever downtown during the day, stop by 188 Princess and you'll see why I say this.
If you could teach any subject, what would it be and why?
I visited a store near San Francisco a few years back called Books, Bikes and Hatchets. It specialized in all three. If I were to teach a subject it would be a combination of reading, bicycle repair and axe throwing.
What is one thing you own that you wish you didn't?
A TV. I like TV a lot. I wish I didn't, it takes away too much time from real life.
